: You
arrive by car by a private way (around 50 meters) which leads to a
large court. In this court, you have 3 park spaces including two near the slope and whose surface is
cemented. The tilted plane has a slope of 5% and measures 10 meters by
2. It is tiled ans leads to a stage of 2 meters by 1,50. On the side, a
terrace of approximately 30 m2 (toboggan). The property is entirely
enclosed.
