Terms of Sales

-> For all reservations a 25% deposit should be paid upon booking and then settlement one month before your arrival.For the B&B we want a deposit equal to one night minimum.

-> These prices are all inclusive (water, electricity, gas, firewood for the fireplace) for the gites

-> For cottages, are not included in the price, bed linen, towels and linens and cleaning during and at end of stay.

-> The amount of the deposit for the cottage La Maison du Meunier is € 300 and for the cottage La Fenial € 400, filed on the day of arrival
